Help Needed (tinted Windows )

Hi Can someone help me please.I got original tinted windows and for some reason or another when I clean them I still can see dotted white dots.I tryed lots of different window cleaner as well as window polish.Any other suggestions Please.THK

If it is tinted glass, it sounds as though there may be a glass fault. Can you feel the dots or are they "in" the glass?

If it is tinted film, it too, may be ruined! Film is just glued to the inside of many vehicles, as an extra, sometimes well done, sometimes poorly.

It is worth noting that, even glass sometimes looks funny in some lighting. You get a polarizing effect but this is often more like lines or regular patterning, in the glass.
