Hey all, i bin doin a bit of research the regards to the ECU, to power and torque gains, not much i know but worth doin when other bits are installed, now i dont like the sound of someone hacking into my standard ECU and playing with settings, is there anything like a "Superchip" (but not ) that can be tinkered with??? Think ive heard some one say Dastek unichip before ?? pricey?

Dastek will be around the £400-£500 mark, but you can't tinker with it yourself.

if you wan to be able to do this i'd suggest a greddy emanage

Noooo. wouldnt want to do it myself, 'd blow it up lol. Just wanted an aftermarket ECU that could be tailored to my car.. Has anyone had any experience with aftermarket ECU's or remaps??

have a word with matty about the emanage, he has it with his supercharger.

C-one make a piggyback ecu, it's in the hyper rev books, but don't know any more about it.
