im getting alot of knocking from my lifters and i was wondering if any one knows of any where to get them from cause toyota is not cheap i have an 89 celica GT. please help.

Hi there,

your celica does not use hydraulic lifters- its uses solid ones.

They are a shim over bucket design, so what you have to do is measure the clearance and replace the shim if it has worn out of spec.
