In one word - Yes :)

The TR is a great spec for the price, the 2.2 diesel is a sweet engine, plenty of power and great economy. To my mind, despite owning a hatch, the estate is the best looking.

I've done 25k in my 2.2 D4-D T3-X since it was new in September 06, it still feels as it did on day 1.

I have a 55 T4 2.2 and agree , the engine is great, very effortless to drive, its easy to get used to

and you will realize how good it is if/when you drive another car. The 2.2 has the 'extra required'

over the 2.0 to make it a great car. Fuel OK, drove Edinburgh to Selkirk today 35 Miles, indicated

50mpg on A road, I get 40-42 locally doing short runs (in winter). Did A1 before x-mas at steady

70-80 and recorded 58mpg.

i have one of these and really like it, just done 1k miles . we traded in our 04 2.0d4d and the difference is noticable in every respect.
