Mr2 Roaster Water Leaks

Please help! I have found that my luggage panel is collecting water, and have been told that my drain is blocked. However i dont no how to get to it other then taking out the outside air vent panel which i have no clue on how to get off.

Also 2 days ago i found that the driver side window was letting in water. i noticed my Mr2 has the V cuts at the bottom and i have tried different things to stop it but with no luck. Can someone please help this simpleton as im now lost on what to do. I really dont want to have to pay Toyota £300 to fit it if i can do it myself.
