Avensis 2003 Centre Console

Hello, im new to this, i wondered if anyone could tell me how to remove the side panels from a Avensis T4 2003 centre console as i recently bought the car and the previous owner had a mobile phone holder wired into it, the holder is sort of between the radio and the trim if you get what i mean? I need to remove the side of the panel to undo the holder and disconnect the wiring.
