Carina E Door Poppers/electronic Locking Problems

Hello everyone

Bare with me as I'm a newbie to this forum and don't know where to start to find out the answers to the problems I have with my Carina E Estate.

Firstly, in the past I have had problems with the electric windows which meant the inside door panels had to be removed. I took it to a garage, and as you would expect they didn't replace the door poppers that hold the inside door panel in place. Are these easy to come by ?

Secondly, the electronic key fob has stopped working. I have tried replacing the Battery, but with no luck. Is there anything else I can try ?
