Looks like cast aluminium to me.

Its the same as mine although it does look like its been sprayed or really dirty

it's made of plastic & came in a genuine toyota box looks nice on though IMO

This Front grille was a Genuine Toyota Accessory grille that you could buy when the RAV4.2 was launched, I bought one when I had my old RAV4.2 which you can see below, It only fit's the RAV4.2 and not the RAV4.2.5 (Or facelifted RAV4 4.2)

I must admit it does look good installed. It does seem a particularly good match for silver.
