Seat Bolts Help!

So, went to fit my Tsport seats today

Tried to remove the T45 bolts, some came out ok others wouldnt budge and the heads just rounded off, any tips on how to get these out or special tools? is drilling my only option?

If you can get at the heads with a hack saw, saw a groove into them and use a big flat head screw drive to get then out, dremel will do the same job for cutting the groove.

Happens quite alot at work, the quickest way is to chisel them out and fit proper hex bolts. Loads easier to remove if needed :D

With great difficulty.............IMHO I would recommend cutting a slot in the head aand using a screwdrive :thumbsup:

Ok go with the screwdriver route, i find it alot easier to chisel them out rather than !Removed! about trying to cut into them. Each to their own. :D
