Done rolling road days before, not really keen on them I can't stand watching whilst someone kicks the stones out of my car, last one I did was with a sunny GTiR it made 453.8BHP and 498lb/ft it was horrible to watch though thought it was going to end with a rod through the block!

Wouldn't say its harmful as such but it doesn't do them any good!

I've seen a few R/R at Well Lane, it's not too different to you going out now and flooring it through all your gears!

Plus i know most of the lads there so they'll take good care of our cars!
