Picking Up My 2nd Cts On Friday...

Well I am trading down from my Focus ST for this beauty. I don't think it's as visually eye-catching as my old red CTS, but the interior is a HUGE improvement and bonus for me with the alcantara and full-screen satnav! B) I never noticed before but it has the TTE back box already, so all I need now are the K&N Typhoon, wind deflectors, Eibach lowering springs, possible light tints and maybe, just maybe a set of 17" alloys... oh and a TTE short shifter...

Im curious, u said u traded in ur Focus ST, so does that mean the company gave u money bak, since SURELY the ST costs more than the Tsport?

Yeah the Toyota dealer is giving me "cash back" as the ST is £5k more expensive than the CTS - I had to downgrade so to speak to ease my finances and it's costing me too much for the mileage I will be putting up from next week...

Yeah the Civics are available in the UK but only as imports... you can get them brand new with 3 years warranty through Litchfield imports though! Awesome car and on the shopping list after I return from Dubai! :D

LOL! It's gonna be interesting going from a car that has full power and torque in almost any gear from 2k RPM to the CTS with full power at 6,800RPM!!!! It won't attract as much unwanted attention either hopefully.... ;)

Well I am officially now a CTS owner again as the deal all went through on Friday and I had to wave goodbye to my Focus ST! The first thing I noticed getting into the CTS was the thin steering wheel! Not half as chunky as the ST's but then some things brought a smile to my face again. Simple things like fully auto electric windows which the Focus didn't have! :o The satnav is great and I've never had satnav in my cars before... and then the lift!!!! Okay... so I have to work the b****cks off the car now to get it to do anything but I'm happy I still have a nice car with all the extras and a fair bit of power - I'm saving £5k so can't really complain! ;)

I had a Fiata Stilo before and the CTS steering wheel is even thinner than that! I'm used to it now though. I'm suprised the ST doesnt have full auto electric windows. I'd still have it though.
