Steering Wheel Upgrade

Has anyone fitted a steering wheel from another model to a Previa. My previa t-spirit (2006) has a nasty plastic wheel and I would like to fit a Leather or a wood and leather wheel from either a Landcruiser or a avensis. Do they fit as standard across the range ,Airbag permitting or am i stuck with this one? I have seen Estimas on Japanese websites with many different accessories, but only pictures as i can not understand the written text.

Hi I am not sure about the 2006 t-spirit range but I know it is possible to fit non standard wheels to the Estima and Previa range, most need a boss kit purchasable off eBay and there have been the odd problem with the stalks on the steering column fouling some wheels.
