Judging by the poor response, you may have to think of emigrating to another county - what about trying Wrexham...?

Toyota dealers like any dealer, cost a fair bit of money per hour. depending on how old the cars are (warranty) then Jap Car specialists often are as good or better at looking after the car. I use The Garage in Motherwell who are renowned at working on Skylines, but also do a lot of work on Subaru and other high spec engined cars...Celicas, MR2s; and I've found their knowledge and honesty refreshing.

They changed the clutch on my RAV without removing the engine which is against what dealers do...at a higher charge.

They also fell about laughing when they changed the Puntos clutch - the clutch plate was no bigger than a saucer and it was the smallest one they had ever seen! Their wide experience means that they seem to pick up fault sources very quickly....even to the point where they train some dealers mechanics!!!
