Hi I haven't done a bottom ball joint on mine but this might be of some help http://www.autozone.com/shopping/repairGuide.htm they are based on the American version but mechanically they are the same.

There could also be further advice available on www.estimaowners.com as there are a few Previa owners on there too

If it is the front lower ball joint there are simply 2 x bolts that hold it to the hub and one to the lower arm. Here is the exact link
