Hi all.

This is the first forum i have ever joined, and have done so due to buying a 1999 Celica, and i am keen to learn more as i have no books or information about it whatsoever.

All i do know is it is an import (Strange radio/CD/Tape and indicator stalk on wrong side!!) and is 2.0 ltr.

From what i can gather it has the Beams red top engine.??

I will also be maintaining the car myself as much as possible.

The only thing i have done up to now is add an FM expander to pick up radio stations.

I am especially keen to find out more about the engine.

Your best bet would be to head into the Celica forum because that's where you'll find most people with the knowledge needed to help, welcome to the club though
