Rear Electric Windows Upgrade Help Corolla 2005 Facelift Upgrades

i have the facelift 2005 corolla D4D colour collection and whated to know if i get the motors and contoller switch for the front. will it me easy to upgrade to electric windows in the rear of the car and do a need to wire in new harnesses etc. if the harnesses are there then it should be plug a play?

plus can i change the manual heater unit to the digital heat controller for the center console with the updated trim. as i was a factory option and fited as standard to the 2006 model.
