my 93 previa is showingknock sensor fault,fault is intrrmitant the car is well serviced,has done 40,ooomiles on recon engine,other than this it drives well HELP PLEASE

Are you sure it is a code 52 and NOT 25

52 = Knock sensor

25 = Oxygen sensor

It is quite easy to confuse the two when reading the flashes.

Unless your car has overheated badly it is unlikely to be the knock sensor.

If you are 100% sure it is the knock sensor come back and report and I will tell you how to get one much cheaper than Toyota. Be warned getting to the sensor is a real b*****d of a job.
