Strange Brake Light

got in my 93 surf today and noticed the park brake light flash on as i pulled away ????????? i checked that i had let the park brake off fully , but it still did it , it,s stopped now , any ideas anyone ???????????????

Hi, mine sometimes stays on,I usualy pump the hand brake a couple of times that sorts it. Also the seatbelt warning lights been on for the last year,even when the belts on????? :unsure:
