Rear Window Demister

hey peeps my gen 6 gt rear window demister doesnt work, when i press the button i hear a little click (think thats the relay) but nothing actually happens, anyone know what i can do to check for problems or sort this out

Check for the connections on the rear window see if they come off, they might need soldering on. my dads Avensis, same thing happend.
