F1 Autocentres Damaged My Car

As it says, i had two new front tyres fitted last week and noticed this damage on sat when cleaning it. Now im in the middle of arguing it out with them, hopefully they'll cough up for the repair. It's the centre in Chesterfield by the way. see piccys.

Thats shoddy, there was no need to jack the car up at that point, hope you get sorted out with them

Terrible stuff.

Always try to find a mechanic who treats the car like it should be, They are worth their weight in gold !

just a quick update.

i've spoken to the regional manager today and they have agreed to repair the damage although they are adament that they didnt cause it. which seems a bit strange. got to go and see the branch manager now who's going to sort out the bodywork repairs.

kingo this one's for you, does the repair have to be done by a toyota centre for the warranty or can any bodyshop repair it?
