Frozen Screen On Sat=nav.

I wonder if anyone could assist me with a "Frozen Sat-Nav screen,the enter button refuses to change to the next screen. I have rebooted it several times but no luck its still stuck on the "obey the rules etc,,," The car is 15 months old only 7000 miles. My Mr T wants £51 00 odd for a diagnostic check refundable if its a sat-nav fault . any ideas? Thanks for any input you could offer. Lost HertsBoy

The sat nav, like the rest of the car, is warrantied for 3 years. If dealer not willing to help, suggest you contact Toyota.

Assume you're not trying to programme sat nav whilst moving, as this is not possible.

Hi. I had (I hope) resolution regarding the 'frozen Sat-Nav screen' It wasn't,

although the screen would not change, it was because the Knob (Enter button) operating the change over was stuck in the on position.

Mr T is going to change the unit on Tuesday FOC, and throw in a free wash and vaccum. meanwhile the unit is working as long as I remember to lift the knob off the front of the unit each time I use the enter position.....Happy days I hope you find this useful if you have the same problem.
