Trupart Retro-fit Flat Wiper Blades

I have a mate at college who ownes an Aygo..

He wants to get some Trupart Retro-Fit Flat Wiper Blades.... I have never seen these before and I was just wondering if these are as simple to fit as any others.. the only thing that gets me is the fact that there is another support arm comming from the bottom of the main wiper arm to the top and then making a dual fitting before joining onto the wiper blade in what looks to be the same way as a normal one.

I am also interested to see hear if these are more efficient than a normal wiper blade with a spoiler?? Anyone had any experience advice would be very much appreciated thanks.
