the cheapest way of lowing my t-sport yaris ?

can anyone advise me on what i should buy to lower my yaris 30-40mm .i have been looking everywhere and there are so many to choose from and some are really expensive.thanks everyone !:)

try find some concrete slabs and chuck them in the boot, as for the front no idea

Concrete slabs can be found at most building sites for free :D

i used the tte -30 springs, they do make a difference to the handleing but the drop is not noticable untill u park next to a standard yaris......it also just so happens that i have a set for sale, they were orderd by a part man at dealship with out relizing the other part bloke had also ordered them and with them being a accessory they cant go back....let me know

I once used coil-spring clamps on a old Celica dropped it loads but bottomed out really easily! don't even know if you can still get them :D:D

probably not safe !

I think you would need an iron butt if you lowered the T Sport any more. Maybe the roads here are just garbage though - we have a lot of cobbles in Edinburgh - ouch! :o

corr yeah I had a week's holiday in Edinburgh the week after I'd had my Sera lowered and although it's a beautiful city, the roads around there are really bad! :(

A cheap way to lower your car?

Chop the springs! I've done it on two cars I’ve owned; I took 90mm of a Colt turbo and 120mm off an Uno turbo. Speed bumps and passengers in the back where out of the question afterwards though.

When you do it just be sure too line up where you cut the spring down and where the spring ended originally, that way they should go back in the same place and fit perfectly. You might need new stiffer shocks if you go too low like I did and it wont pass the MOT with chopped springs. But it looks awesome and it's cheap.

The absolute cheapest way to lower a Yaris has to be.... let the air out of the tyres!! :thumbsup:

the cheapest and cirtainally not easyest way to lower it is kidnap a fat bloke, nah chack eBay for jamex lowering springs

tut tut you wouldn't be trying to sell on here would you??
