Transmission Fluid

Hello all,

My 2.0L T4 manual is almost four years old and I would like to change the gearbox oil - or transmission fluid as we say these days. The question is....how do I do it myself?

In the past I have successfully (and easily) changed the transmission fluid in my Spitfire 1500 and Carina E (2.0L GLi - fantastic car - now driven by my lovely wife!) and would like to avoid the astronomical cost of garages.
