Cruise Control 4.3

Now I see that cruise control is standard on the XTR, is it possible to get the Cruise Control Stalk, and retro fit to an XTR, and get the ECU flashed with the latest XTR firmware to enable the cruise control?

Put simply, NO

The cost of the individual componants alone would rule it out, plus there isnt a firmware flash just for the cruise control. Maybe one day they will do a retro kit

Yes - its something I would like to do is and when it is possible.

I just hope that when diesel automatic comes out later this year cruise is available on all levels.

During my (now postponed) research for suitable replacement for 4.2 xtr i found some makes offering auto transmission without cruise on lower levels.

Update of car now on hold till we see what toyota Rav diesel auto specifications and prices are. Also would like to see reverse park sensors as standard, not a £350 dealer fit. A lot of the opposition are beating Toyota with the "little things that mean a lot"
