Just to let you all know. My Aygo developed a juddery clutch (was worse when engine was warm). And after telling them at my service and they said they found nothing and to bring it in when it does happen. I have now showed the main technician and he test drove it.

The clutch is now being replaced under warranty on next tuesday.

Had the full service done at around the begining of the month.

Very friendly helpful guys at Currie Motors Barnet (although they can be a bit slow sometimes whilst waiting for them.)

Nice one!

I think the Clutch in the Aygo is going to be one of them things that gunna go really quickly compared to other cars.

The diesel and the petrol version have the same clutch. Was wondering if, when engaging into first gear, the rpm of the clutch is the same? The clutch geared to the respective crankshaft speed?

Don't want a similar problem with the lower rpm diesel engine :(

The clutch could be the same, but the Diesel might have different gear ratio's.

It's those ratio's that determine engien-revs at a certain speed.
