Yesterday my wife of 30 years asked me not to get her any flowers for valentines as they are so expensive. So went to Halfords this morning and spent the money on Magyuires and Autoglym and she hasn't spoke to me all day. So i booked a table for two at 5 o'clock this evening and at 5,30 she still hadn't potted her first red ball,and still isnt talking to me where have i gone wrong! :shutit:

Seems strange to me. Did you get cutting compound when she wanted finishing polish? Don't beat yourself up mate, some people are so ungrateful.

Intend on leaving about 2pm, so should be down at the Ship Inn at 5pm or earlier if the wife uses the binoculars properly to spot safety cameras.

If it helps, we could do a wife swap - or you could even borrow the petrol RAV and take yer missus oot fur a spin....aroon Serbia to be back in time for supper?? Either way, she'd appreciate yer mundane dieselly ways and nice taste in cars?

Must go - the bin lorry is just passing on its weekly special collection and I need to persuade them that the LR hasn't been dumped......just cos its 45 years old doesn't mean its totally rubbish. Left the old man out on the pavement last night, and the Childrens Aid folk never picked him up..!!

Arr that old problem , they say no when they mean yes, and you didn't ask her twice and spent the money on car polish, my guess is you're in deep sh*t for months to come , hope your good at cooking and ironing .
