I've Had A Slight Self Inflicted Accident. :(

I had a stupid accident last night when I was reversing a Toyota Karina next to my Corolla in my own driveway in the dark. I managed to bump into the Corolla and when I looked at it this morning it turns out that I had done a lot more damage than I had first thought. I've got a 10 cm dent from the left front wheel arch going towards the passenger door , I can't actually open the door properly now. :crybaby:

I'm thinking about taking the panel off this weekend to see if I can beat it out and all I need to know is how easy it is to remove the panel and would I have to remove the front bumper or any other parts of the car to do this. Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated. :)

Here's a picture of the Corolla before I damaged it.
