Avensis Rear Console Box Lid/radio Code - Help!

Hello - First time poster here. I collected my 55 Plate Avensis T3-S yesterday and have a couple of questions for those in the know! First off - Is the T3-S supposed to have a Lid to the Rear Console Box? The manual has pictures that appears to show that it does but I don't have one and there doesn't appear to be any hinges at the rear of the console to suggest that one was fitted in the first place. Secondly - Should I have been supplied with a Key Code for the Radio?
