Clutch Or Fly Wheel?

i have a 2003 toyota avensis aura. The car is over revving for the past few months, some people have said its the clutch and some people have said its the fly-wheel can anybody give me some help or advice.

If its is over reving it will me most likley the clutch and not the flywheel.

The only time the flywheel can replicate the over reving, is when

- it is warped

- the surface has burnt.
