Help With My Sat Nav......please.

I am hoping one of you out there can help me with my sat nav. I recently bought an avensis from a car supermarket and was given the cd to get the sat nav up and running.

It all sounded so easy and indeed it should have been if I wasnt the one in charge of installing it.

I somehow managed to select german instead of english when going through the set up process, there was a delay on the enter button. Well thats my excuse and i'm sticking to it.

Does anyone know how I can get it back to english or do I have to enroll in a german course at my local college.

Any help will be much appreciated.

If i disconnect the Battery will I have problems with the stereo.

Do Toyotas have stereo codes or will it be ok and continue to work once the Battery is reconnected.

Hi Sean ........ I asked the same question re Radio Codes a while back. I was told that Toyota Stereos are not coded so you should have no problems in that respect.
