Do I Have Sat Nav Or Not?

I have an Avensis from 2000 X reg, it's the Vermont VVTi version. The dashboard central controls for the engine info and radio has a button for Sat Nat but does it actually work or is it dormant in this model?

If it does have it, all be it old by comparison to Sat Nav as it is now, how do I get it to come on and work???

When I press the button, nothing happens. The mode button doesn't seem to go to a Sat Nav screen either. Any help IMA TY.

check in the boot, if you have satnav the unit with the disc in should be on top of the boot carpet.

If you look into the boot on the left hand side ( I think its the left side)you will see a metal box this is the sat nav and that is where the disc goes .!! if you do not have a box it would mean no Sat Nav I guess !

I do not think you have a sat nav on your model check the links above and you will see it is stated as standard equipment on the GS Avensis but not on the Avensis Vermount
