my tsport is ready for collection but iv just left college and got no job. thought id have something before it was ready. i got a great quote off of greenlight but they wont cover me until im employed even thought i can pay the full amount up front. will any insurance company quote me with no job. iv a few interviews due next week but dont know how long i can stall the seller before i collect. its taking up space in his garage, iv 1k deposited on it already so im not walking away from it

I would've thought you'd be able to get insured on it.

Can you not insure it as though you are still a student through greenlight?

Have you tried running a quote through MoneySupermarket.com?

I did a quote with them and Bell came out cheapest - still just under 1k though.

Its going to be expensive.

try tesco compare site, i've found that one good around £700 for me on t sport compressor

moneysupermarket want 2800. tesco want 1100. but greenlight wanted 800 for a leon cupra r. so tsport will be 700-750 at a guess. they wont quote me unemployed. grr
