Tns310 Traffic Avoidance

I recently upgraded my TNS300 to TNS310 but since then don't get any traffic information. There are no menu settings I can see that are relevant, which differs from the TNS300.

I wondered if it was linked to the TA function on the radio, but when I activate TA on the factory radio, I lose all sound from the Speakers until I turn TA off.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Have you pressed the Menu button twice to get to the Traffic menu and then enable TMC?
