Oil Consumption

hi new here

i have a celica 140 with the dreaded oil consumption problem,engine has started knocking now.does anyone know a good engine supplier or a good mechanic who could fix it for me,dont want to spend thousands of £££s.unfortunatly i dont have service history with the car so im not even going to bother with toyota.any help will be greatly appreciated

Would you be prepared to have your Engine repaired in Derbyshire?, my Mechanic can recommend a good Company to rebuild your Engine in the County if so.

thanks for the response,derbyshire is a bit far for me to get the car to,how close are you to manchester fazzer and do you have trailer to move the car?i dont want to risk further damage by driving the car.

just wanted to update,i got my celica back this morning from fazzer,the engine has had a bottem end recon and its running like new,the knocking has gone,feels like a new engine,im very happy and a great price too,very good job.here's looking forward to trouble free motoring
