Plenty of people have FI their Gen7.

Its not something i would consider doing, as the cost - 3-4g be easier/cheaper just to get a faster car.

However plenty of advise available on newcelica.org - which is the USA celica site, loads of members there have superchargers and turbochargers;

Or more locally celica-club.co.uk which there are atleast 2 members i know of that have FI their cars.... one with a greddy sc 190, and the other with a turbo'd 140, and one with a WON kitted 140.

My brother and I recently supercharged his 190. He only uses TOC! and goes by the name of 5_leaf_clover. I believe the kit will also fit the 140. Cost around the £2.5k mark all inc.

It is definitely true that you can buy a faster car for cheaper. Just depends what you want to gain from it.
