The window of my Avensis is stuck halfway down. My sunroof and the passenger window are all out of action. I have checked the fuses and they are not to blame. I want to get a look at the wiring in order to see if there are wires broken in the dorr.

How might I get at the wires? I tried taking the driver's door fascia off earlier but I could see no wires behind it so I put it back on agian. I cannot get an auto electrician until Monday and the window is stuck half open!

Any help would be greatly appreciated

the actual wiring is in the foot hold on the driver side.. this then feeds into the door via a rubber condoit

I have a feeeling the wires inthe door condoit are damaged.

what is the auto electrician charging you?
