Dog Guards

Help! I have a 1998 Rav4 3 door which is fab for my hairy hounds but my new rescue dog is a real escape artist. As I travel with the back seats folded permanently forward I was wondering if anyone knew of a guard tht fits into the head rest holes. If not whats the best one to get that will fit with the seats forward? The Exeter Toyota dealer says they no longer supply a guard for this model. Please help, the next option is a home made frame with chicken wire!! Yuk!!
