Dyna D4d Problems

Aright lads, been a while since i was here, im havin aufull problems with a d4d dyna, the van was first brought in with the engine management light on and wouldnt rev past 2000rpm.Pluged into it, the live readings showed very low pressure in the high pressure pump. Got the pump reconditioned, now have high readings from the pump from the live data but still wont rev up. Got the injectors checked, were ok, refitted them back in their same positions, still no difference. The fault codes are P0105 map sensor n P0190 fuel rail pressure. Have changed both common rail sensors for known good ones but still no joy. Have checked the loom for breaks but none found. Im completly out of ideas. Its a '02 model van

Have the codes been cleared?
