Removing The Front Bumper

Can anyone give me a step by step guide on how to remove the front bumper on an 03 Avensis?

I have tried to replace the headlight bulbs but seem to have bent the retaining clip and now the bulb will not sit securely.

Thanks all

1. purchase tow rope from Halfwits

2. find municipal car park with street lamps not stolen for scrap metal (or the anti ram raid bollards outside Halfwits will do..)

3. thread tow rope through radiator air vent and out through drain hole in plastic undertray

4. loop both ends over bollard/around streetlamp

5. start car, engage reverse, rev nuts off engine, dump clutch (for auto owners, select R once tacho has reached red line)

6. when the inside of the front bumper is clearly visible from the cockpit, apply brakes and recover bumper.

Alternate method for married men = fill car with fuel and send spouse on school run.

Refitment is much simpler - hand to bodyshop along with blank cheque - job done

BTW: 2-1, what a game :backofnet:
