hello

you normally drive the car each day or am I mistaken?

how is she started at cold condition? and whether it is started at all?????? it is very interesting.

in case you state you can not start it after 7 hours and whether it is presumed it can be started before 7 hours are gone??

please reply the above first/

In general : the fuel system must normally be leakproof. You stated you have changed all responsible parts :D but the last one as filter could be installed incorrectly eneble an air to be sucted into prive fuel system. Or the sealing O-ring coulld be worn down (???). In case you state you can not start it after 7 hours -- it means that the diesel oil could be poured to fuel tank again from fuel filter due to an air sucting into fuel filter. You will never start the engine unless pump it by booster plunger manually. I do not conside another problem connected with each cylinder compression (!) because as I understood you have not checked it before typing your issue. please revert shortly

cheers/igor

besides of mine -- tel me if you have a primer booster pump in fuel tank?

are you sure of its good performance or its strain filter?

it could be a miinor problem that gives you a head ache.

hello Paul

i am in doubts you've checked yr engine carefully. in case you've changed timing belt -- ok it means the timing is in limits.

1)re comon rail injection system:

are your fuel valves are controled by solenoids mounted?firstly check with idle test of each fuel valve to be assured they are all opened. please observe the quality of fuel spraying thru nozzle -- is it sharp and gives fuel fog? after check with control relay that gives a signal to these solenoids. the problem might be with this relay due to carbon deposits on the contacts. check also with comon rail manifold diesel oil pressure. is it in limits? Re fuel injection pump -- the problem mighgt also be with delivery valve sealing. in other words it can have a fuel leack back from comon rail manifold.

2) re normal injection system:

arrange an iddle test of each fuel valve as above. I do belive your problem is likely with nozzles.

in both cases -- please check with an air presence inside the fuel pump -- this may arise all your starting problems.

I think the problem with your car will be one of the sensors, at the front of the engine.

If the car had a fuel problem, then you would know about it, especially when driving it as a taxi.
