Tyre Seal

Hi All,

Had my new XTR for a couple of days now and chuffed to bits with it.

However still got that little nagging concern about the lack of spare tyre.

I'm sure it won't be problem but as eveyone knows sh*t happens!

Been looking at some of the tyre seal products available such as punctureseal

Anyone out there had any experience or have an opinion on these products.

I should have said that i have been following that thread

Just exploring other possibilities before going down that route.

Something else to consider, a few months back my old father in law asked me to check the tyre pressures

on his mobility scooter. Turns out his tyres had that same pink gunk in them, totally buggered up my good

tyre pressure gauge

Gunk in tyre to seal puncture... driver forgets it was going down... tyre gets another puncture near the sidewall (2" nail?).. gunk seals it, driver doesn't even know... driver is doing 80mph+ on the motorway.. what can unknown nail do????

Nuff said I think... get a spare wheel ;)
