Wiper/window Relays

anyone inthe manchester area got any expierience of rear wiper / window relay repairs , my 2.4 93 hilux rear wiper has not worked since i bought the car 7 months ago , i got behind the interior trim to expose realays and found loads of loose wires etc , the relays had been taped up and things didnt look to clever , i didnt want to mess around so anyone out that can help ???????????? thanks
