How Much Should I Pay For Side Steps?

Hi all pretty new to the forum.

Just got my new Rav 4.3 XT4, it currently dosnt have any of the nice style pack stuff on it, as its second hand I didnt get the option!

I would like to get some running boards/side steps fitted, how much should I be looking at paying for them?

Can I fit them myself or get the local dealer to do it?

I know it's not silver, but I think they add a little something to the Rav4's good looks..
