I would go for Millers XSS Semi Synthetic 5w30...great stuff and only £15 for 5 litres B) www.millersoils.co.uk. I've got Shell Helix in my car at present and its been great too

Using duckhams 5-30 semi, cars running fine on it, bit better than the last stuff

why 5w 30???

it's just the recommended type for my car so i am not sure what else i can use
