Hi everyone.

I've had an Avensis for about 4 years, 51 plate 2002. Bought it from an auction, and about a month later, found out it had had a front end smash. The repairs had been done well enough to fool me, but not Inchcape!

I have quite few problems with it in the first couple of years, but all of the problems, I associated with its accident history. I had to have a new steering rack, 2 front drive shafts and an air conditioning unit.

Dispite all of this, it was a fantastically comfortable, reliable and economic car, and always looked good after the breifest of washes.

I have now got the 2008 Avensis TR 1.8 Saloon.... Aaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!! I can't believe the comfort. It looks fantastic, and I just can't stop driving it. When I've got no-where to go, I just want to go and sit in it, and play with the toys.

I'd read the spec before I got it, so I was too surprised at the high quality of the features and equipment, but the icing on the cake, was when I realised the audio system played MP3's......... 12 albums on 1 cd.............That should last me from Lands End to John O' Groats, and back!
