Hi,

I am due to pick up my Rav4 XTR in Astral black next week and have just seen the picture in "Lowered Rav, what do you think"

IIRC Ive seen them on the T180. Can we get these for other models?

Anyone know a "cheap" place to buy the black roof rails?

MR T also advised me that a I am having the style pack, I cannot have mudflaps as the steps extend fullest to both wheel arches...

Any owners of an XTR with the factory tint on rear glass, had their passenger and drivers glass tinted too?

If so, what grade did you have?

Can't understand why you have been told that you can't have mud flaps fitted because of the style pack.I bought a new XT-R last feb with the style pack,safety pack and mudflaps all fitted by Mr T no problem.

There is no such thing as cheap black rails, :D: , however we do sell the Toyota genuine article for £216.21 INCLUDING delivery to anu UK address (Retail is £251 delivered)

Mudflaps CAN be fitted with side steps

Hi dont worry picked my new XTR up on Saturday and yesterday spent an hour and a half putting mudflaps on myself (as i thought £90 was a bit steep for uncle arnold to do it!!!!)i know that it seems a long time to put mudflaps on but had to slacken side steps because whoever put them on had them so far forward that you couldn't access the hole that the retaining bolt that goes into in the sill.Long story short yes you can get mudflaps on XTR perhaps whoever told you that you couldn't get mud flaps fitted perhaps also fitted my steps...... muppet!!!! There seems to be some confusion about the add on's with the 2008 XTR as my front nudge bar isnt sitting right but thats another story........ Anyhow enjoy when you get your new motor also as far as i know about the tinted glass thing the man with flashinng lights and half a chess board and clicky shoes (aka the FEDS) looks very dimmly on the front windows being tinted also not too sure about MOT when your car gets round to it :unsure:
