Rear Brake Discs & Pads

Need to replace the rears and have looked round for some uprated discs but i'm having a bit of trouble finding any!

Found some grooved and drilled one's on Fensport but thought i'd ask the question here and see what everyone else has got!! :D

So, any suggestions??

try CRN performance at chesterfield they do EBC for a cts and it's closer than fensport

No point in upgrading rear brake parts as they only do about 25% of the braking. Just upgrade the fronts and be happy :)

That would be ok but the fronts are fine whereas the rear discs are 80% worn!!

Just get the standard ones then and get them fitted by a decent garage. I changed my rears last September for £140 all in by my local garage.

Change them yourself very easy job. I used the workshop submission on the forum it was the same procedure as the fronts, just smaller discs and pads.

I have mintex quite good and noticeably less brake dust!

Cheapest standard disc quote i got was £175+vat :o

Hence asking about better discs!!

Had a quick look round and can only find Mintex discs for the front?!!

sorry should of been clearer, I have standard discs (still lots of life in them!) and mintex pads £20. Ring local motor factors and they should be able to get you sensible quotes if not fleebay, I got mintex front discs and pads £101 all in delivered, so rears should be less.
