Best Land Cruiser

Hi all.

Can someone tell me which is the best (or top-of-the-range) Land Cruiser, as I am now seriously looking into buying one?

(Colorado, LC, VX, etc. etc.)

p.s. would it be wiser to purchaser an imported one or a local one?

If you're looking for a new Land Cruiser in the UK market, top of the range is the Land Cruiser V8 (replaced Amazon at the start of 2008). It's available in a 4.5 D-4D engine and can hit 0-62 mph in 8.2 seconds!! Not to mention stunning off road performance. Better be quick mind as there's a severely limited supply allocated to the UK!!

Clearly, it depends what you want to use the vehicle for and how much money you have to spend. I'm a massive fan of the Colorado and Amazon models which I'm sure you could pick up as used vehicle at a dealer within the UK. Just a case of shopping around. I don't think you'll be able to get one universal view of which LC is best as there will be a lot of opinion out there on this particular forum.
