i hope you can see what model i have by my profile , i was behind a 2006 model rav today and noticed the rear brake lights , wow lots of little lights looked great , will these light fit my rav . if so where do i get them from and what would the cost be . many thanks :D

Dunno bout that, but me and the son are doing some experimenting with LEDs which last almost forever; low amps; and cost pennies. Can buy them in red/green/amber or flashing etc!! Simple to wire up to use 12v dc in multiples - we bought almost 200 + other stuff and it came to less than £40 from RS components. RSComponents Tungsten filament bulbs are being phased out by 2011, unless its different for cars, but then less current requirement = better mpg.

The lights you refer to won't fit but you might find that an accessory manufacturer produces light units that do.

Ahm yer man - dae onythin tae help oot a fellow RAVer.

Whit size and whit intensity wid ye like?? Can dae up tae 2000watts in metal halide; or jist keep it simple in red leds. Can even supply a strip of red leds. Ahm no tryin tae sell here by the way, jist in case faulk micht jist think ahm here tae make a fast euro. Will ken by the end o this week if ah can supply a red led rope fur yer spare wheel cover! Yooneek by the way!! :)
